Cancelling an order in advance of your rental start date
Drobey does not issue refunds on any order, only store credit. You must cancel your order 3 days (72 hours) prior to your rental start date in order to receive a credit note of the full amount of your rental. If an order is cancelled after this 72 hour mark, Drobey reserves the right to charge you the full rental amount for that item and not issue you a credit note.
If an item doesn't fit on arrival
Unfortunately, we do not issue refunds or credit notes if an item does not fit on arrival. This is because that item has now lost out on a rental for the dates you have booked it for.
If you're not happy with the quality of an item
When renting an item, you are aware that an item is in second-hand condition and may show some signs of wear. We're big on the fact that we keep our stock in great condition, so if there is a fault with your item that we think is worth notifying you about, we will do so in advance of your rental start date and offer you a credit note/help you find a replacement outfit. This is a very rare scenario as we prioritise quality at Drobey!

All sale purchases are final. There will be no refunds, credit notes or returns issued on sale items.
